I’ve used ABE pre workout before with good results so decided to try these out. I took one prior to the gym, about 20 mins after I felt real peaky

I thought maybe it was just me so I gave one to my friend to try and they too felt yuk through the workout. I usually take dark labs crack pre so in comparison this should be pretty mainstream but it just doesn’t agree with me

Just want to give first time users a little warning before using. These shots contain an ingredient called Beta Alanine which causes something called Paraesthesia. When taking for the first time it's best not drink a full shot. Maybe split it in half and see how you feel first as the effects can be a little freaky. Paraesthesia effects include tingling, itchy feelings, and increased body temperature. The effects should die down after 1 hour or so and is perfectly safe, however, for some people like myself it is a horrible feeling and if you don't expect it you may start panicking thinking something is wrong with you. The shot itself tastes like a drumstick dipped in sherbet but isn't too bad, and the effects are fast. As soon as you drink it you feel a little wired due to high caffeine levels among other ingredients. Within a short time you will feel the tingling etc and may also need to use the bathroom. The best way to calm the effects is to keep moving, which you should be doing anyway if you are using it. Some people like the feeling and some don't, I definitely don't. When taking anything always do research so you know whether or not to do it, and what to expect.

Taste is 10/10, doesnt give me the tingles which is great. (I know some people like them but not me)

Good for popping in the gym bag if in a rush or heading gym after work etc.

I like the flavour and it worked within 5 minutes . I like the face tingling sensation and that way i know that the supplement is working . NEED MORE FLAVOURS In Cola too pls..
