    I've been using this product for the past couple of years. I add it to water and drink it during my workouts. Started using it as a source of 9 amino acids and BCAA's. Surprising benefit has been little or no muscle ache following workouts.

    Interesting flavor
    I like to change flavors up for my amino acids just so I don’t get board. This cola and lime amino acid definitely taste like it’s supposed to

    Awesome taste and ingredient list
    Solid EAA blend with minerals added. I would’ve loved to see this product with some electrolytes, but it’s still a great product.
