    As someone who has a difficult time gaining weight, using this supplement with a steady workout regiment and proper heavy diet allowed me to gain 8lbs of lean mass so far. I didn’t really have expectations as I just wanted to cut my physique and wasn’t exactly expecting “gains”, but I was surprised at its effectiveness. I guess so at 1500 calories per serving (I use milk).

    Tastes like chocolate flavored chalk soup, but I have yet to find a delicious supplement shake, so no surprise there.
