This is a must buy but should take 4-6 scoops a day for a month to see maximum results
Highly Recommended for anyone with bloating issues with protein power! (Note: It may not work for all the body types, but definitely give it a try!)
Mixing: Doesn't mix well in a cold liquid. Would probably be ok in a shaker but in a cup with a spoon it didn't mix well. I will try warm milk next time.
Flavor: Imagine you buy a milk chocolate candy bar and you take a bite but can barely taste it, that's the flavor of the (protein) milk chocolate. Some negative reviews say it taste bad or chalky. It tastes like a barely noticeable milk chocolate candy bar.
Packaging: Mine didn't come with a plastic seal around the lid but after taking the lid off I saw that it was sealed with (aluminum?). FWIW my lid also came with a paper seal ring thing.
Compare your nutrients as you wish but overall I think it's good protein mix.
Unlike others who have reviewed, I don't have any issues with clumpiness after shaking for a short period of time (I use a Blender Bottle).
Results-wise, it's definitely been helping. I've been following Bigger Leaner Stronger, and slowly sculpting my body. This shake helps me get to my daily macro protein target, which is roughy 1:1 body weight to grams of daily protein. I'm cutting weight right now, and ALSO getting stronger, which is rare in someone my age who historically frequently works out (and so my body is already adjusted to weight training).
