Why are they more expensive than conventional options?

We pay more to use premium ingredients like whey protein and sweeteners that cost more than traditional flours and sugars. How is the cream inside the donut?

Our donuts contain around 15 gr of protein cream inside. The cream is not melted like in conventional options, as the protein gives it a denser texture. For this reason the cream does not melt.
