Ingredients: Water, Maltodextrin (33%), Magnesium Lactate, Thickener (Xanthan Gum), Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid, Trisodium Citrate), Natural Flavouring, Preservatives (Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate), Sweetener (Sucralose), Sodium Chloride.
Directions: Consume orally 1-3 gel per 60 minutes during exercise to maximise carbohydrate utilisation and support exercise performance. Endurance Gels do not need to be consumed with water to be effective. Ensure you keep hydrated.
